I get headaches from allergy congestion in my head & nose than it drips down to my lungs & get a nasty cough. Saline rinses have helped but looking for something less intensive when symptoms start to reduce/eliminate problem

I have really bad allergies but it is the worst in the springtime. I have been taking Zyrtec for years. If I don’t take it my eyes and nose get extremely itchy..to the point where I can’t even think straight. I sometimes get sinus headaches so I have started do a saline rinse. The saline rinse is all natural and it works really well.

I live in Texas and the pollen or mold or something is ALWAYS present. this year we have had tons of rain so fr where i live. More rain, more plants, more pollen. I am out doors for most of daylight and a few night hours for most of my waking hours. From my eyes to the headaches to the skin itchies, i get it all. Lately the weather in Florida has been causing everyone with allergies (myself included) to FLARE FLARE FLARE! I just started getting allergies less than a year ago and still testing the waters. I have severe allergies. I have to use allergy medicine, eye drops and the doctor recently prescribed nasal spray. I wish I knew about this spray before I filled the prescription! I’m not even sure the prescription one is even working.

Allergies make it hard for me to enjoy being outside with my son. Most allergy medicine make me too sleepy to do anything.

I’ve just recently been diagnosed with allergies. I’ve always had post nasal drip, congestion, and severe headaches. They put me on Flonase and it made the headaches worse. I am trying nasonex now and it doesn’t seem to be doing anything either. Plus I’m not all that thrilled bout putting steroids into my body either. I am very interested in this product. And it being free makes it that much more appealing!!

Didn’t get seasonal allergies until recently and WOW is all I can say…Itchy itchy itchy watery eyes and a near constant sore throat..I also sneeze constantly and when your job entails speaking to people all day, well, you get the picuture!
@1D2memphis – my seasonal allergies make me miserable – I have discovered that I can get rid of the pressure headaches with nasal spray but I am still looking for a way to prevent drainage, or at least keep it from making my throat so raw and sore. Right now I am very congested, unable to breathe through my nose and my nose keeps running.

Right now, I’m pregnant, and there isn’t much I can take to help with my allergies. I live in the desert, and it’s so dry here. We are on a high pollen alert, and the past few weeks, I have been miserable.

This season has been the worst for me in years. This weekend I went for a bike ride and the pollen was floating around me through the trees. I could just feel my allergies kicking in and by the time I got home I was a mess. I grabbed my Allergy Master and within 20-30 mintues I was feeling great. Love this stuff!

I need some relief of my algeries. No matter with the itchy throat, the dry eyes or I will get a sinus infection every 2 months because of the post nasal drip. I take flonase and i use a neti pot nothing is helping.

i get a very dry nose and sinuses. and watery eyes. didnt know i could have both of those problems at the same time til allergies kicked in 2 years ago. ugh

@colleenaranda I hate not being able to breathe through my nose. Eyes watering at random isn’t any fun either.
Seasonal allergies are very hard on me and my family. During the worst times we cannot open our windows to our house just so we can prevent some of the symptoms from getting even worse. Being a family that loves to hang out together outside in nice weather…it gets difficult sometimes.

I never had allergies until a couple of years ago. Now every spring I sneeze my head off and my nose drips constantly. That’s the price you pay for living in the Ohio Valley.

Allergies stink. They made my eyes puffy and have dark circles around them (allergic shiners). People always think that I don’t get enough sleep and ask me whether I’m tired. The worst part is the sneezing and runny nose. People tend to stand away from you when you’re sneezing constantly.
